Alloy Wheel Rim Structure Automatic Polishing Machine 

Vibratory Polish machine is composed of vibrator, bowl, electrical cabinet and base.
* Vibrator: This is the vibrating source of the machine, it is composed Of vibratory motor, springs and eccentric blocks.
*Bowl: The vessel is welded of annular steel plate. It is lined with high quality wearable Polyurethane, to weaken the noise
*Electrical cabinet:Operate the machine by buttons on the control panel.
*Base: It is weld of steel, and it has springs to hold the bowl.


1.It is proved that the vibration polisher can save 90% hand work in alloy wheel polishing. 2.It is suitable for surface finish processing of metal or non-metal workpieces including deburring, chamfering, derusting oxidation layer. 3.It also applied for surface processing before electronic planting or chemical processing in many producing and processing industries such asmachinery,electronic,instrument,space navigation automobile,motorcycle,hardware,artcraft and decoration,etc.

Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.
Q: How do your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?
A: In the gurantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts for the customer, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refound this part of cost.(note: Vulnerable parts do not include.)
