This solid liquid separator mainly consist of cast iron cylinder,screw blade,cylindrical screen, motor, bracket and control box. Using both principles of separation, by gravity and by mechanical pressing, the machine is designed to separate the liquid phase from the solid phase in a wide range of substances such as sludge, sewage, manure, solids-liquid mixtures, vegetables, processing waste and others, where the percentage of liquid   inside the solid may be considerably different.
 
The machine use a submerged pump to pull the liquid manure such as cow dung,pig manure,chicken manure etc into machine,the  material are progressively pressed and pushed by screw blade ,then the dry material will be discharged through outlet ,meanwhile,the liquid will be dischargedthrough cylindrical screen. This machine can be used for a wide range of materials without any manual adjustment.
    
The main purpose of this machine is to separate animal manure into two types of fertilizer,i.e. liquid type organic fertilizer and solid type organic fertilizer.

1.The moisture of the manure can reach as less as 40%, you can not press any water by  hand.
2.The dewatered manure can been packed at once, after fermenting, it can be directly used  as farmyard manure.
3.The dewatered manure can be deep processed as the material of industrial fertilizer.
4.The dewatered manure can be made as feed in the fishery industry.
