The raw material enter into the crushing chamber from hopper, crushed by high speed rotating blade, and final particle size can be adjusted by changing the distance between grading wheel and grading disc,.After processing,the finished material will be moved into the cyclone separator under the action of negative pressure generated by blower fan,then,the powder be discharged from rotary valve.The bigger material will be continuously crushed in the chamber until the material size meet the requirement.As this machine equip a dust collecting device,there is no dust flying in the air during crushing process.The whole machine is made of stainless steel which can match GMP standard,.with the feature of simple structure and easy to operate, low noise and high production capacity.
